All uniform items have labels attached so that they can be named. It is essential that all items are well named to minimise lost items. Please check regularly for any wearing off of your child’s name.
Hair should be tidy and well-groomed. We encourage long hair to be tied back. Hair ties can be black, white, yellow, and green, in a shade that matches our school uniform.
On Whaanau Fridays and on other school occasions, such as Athletics or Cross Country, when our colourful Whaanau shirts are being worn, more ornate hair bows may also be worn.
Jewellery, other than medical alert bracelets, watches and stud earrings/small sleepers, is not permitted at school for safety reasons. Taonga such as greenstone and bone carvings will be permitted on written request to the Principal. This also includes pendants of religious significance.
Makeup is not appropriate for school.
